DreamHost offers free web hosting to non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organizations registered in the US. Groups must be able to furnish DreamHost with an IRS-issued 501(c)(3) determination letter to qualify.

When we sign you up for a Dream-host hosting packages they throw in a .com, .org, .net, or .info domain registration free for the life of your hosting! That’s a $9.95/year value – included free with every DreamHost hosting plan.

We register the domain in YOUR name and you’re free to do with it what you will! Take it to another hosting company if you’d like!

Note that if the plan becomes inactive at any point during the registration year, DH will charge you for that year’s registration.

We don't take cash, but our work isn't exactly free either. What we ask for is a letter to the IRS indicating NONPROFIT-WEBDESIGN contributed in-kind work to your organization. Costs vary and are on a sliding scale. In the end you will decide what value you put on our services. As a rough guideline for your consideration a:

Simple Site or Blog -- $200
Full-Featured Site -- $400
Large Site -- $800

Simple Maintenance -- $75 a month
Full Site -- $105 a month
Large Site -- $165 a month.
